The engine air intake needs an air filter, location for the IAT (intake air temperature) sensor and usually a connection for the crank case breather. There are many solutions from K & N, AEM, ITG, etc.
Ideally, the intake air should come from the coolest location. Suggested solutions:
Sun Speed air induction tube: length 18.5" ; diameter 3" (75 mm) with hole and rubber grommet for IAT @ 5/8" ths and crank case breather tube.
