Very nice, local beach, quiet, beautiful. Excellent surfing, volleyball, rollerblading / bicycle path. Close to the newly constructed Disney sound stages  One of the best school systems in California.  Easy access to  L.A Airport, the freeways. Easy bike ride to Hermosa Beach, Redondo Beach Yacht Harbor, Marina Del Rey, etc.
