SunSpeed Honda-Elise Exhaust Manifold / Extractor

The SunSpeed Universal Exhaust Manifold is equal length, 4-1 tuned header with merge collector and gasketless marman flange. Built entirely from 304 stainless steel.

Also, Complete Racing Exhaust available  Hi-performance, no compromise racing exhaust system for 300+ hp Built from stainless 304, 321, titanium or, Inconel 625. Interchangeable race mufflers are available to comply with noise requirements.

The SunSpeed Universal Exhaust Manifold fits all versions Elise  However, from the out let flange it's necessary to select, at additional cost the appropriate link section for S1, S2 with or without catalyst. Each link section has 2 O₂  ports.   

304 stainless steel is used for durability, corrosion resistance and, low specific heat conductivity,  The primary tubes are 16 gage (0.065") for durability. The secondary tubes and the collector are 18 gage (0.049") for lighter weight. Both the head flange and the outlet flange have been "profiled" to remove unnecessary material and weight. The exhaust tubes are equal length. The length diameters are calculated for best performance with the Honda engine.

Our 4 into 1 merge collector features a unique trapezoidal design that efficiently expedites gas flow by virtually eliminating  turbulence. The merge collector is secured to the manifold by stainless steel "bee hive" springs and wire tabs that minimize cracking, terminating in a stainless steel marman flange.

The collector outlet and the link section are connected with stainless steel, quick release, V-Band clamps for close tolerance gasketless tube coupling. V-Band clamps are the high tech alternative to the standard 3-bolt flange. V-Band clamps and flanges are available separately for the customer's custom application.

For standard street / track Honda-Elise conversion of approximately 220 hp we have designed a universal exhaust manifold / header with interchangeable link sections to the Elise exhaust system. Individual tube length and diameter have been calculated for best performance. The Universal Exhaust Manifold comes with 2.5" outlet marman flange. All components are 304 stainless.
